Biography

Liu Yan, Associate Chief Physician, PhD, completed further training in Oculoplastic Surgery at the Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and in Plastic Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University. She serves as a Standing Committee Member of the Aesthetic Anatomy Branch of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, a Member of the Injection Aesthetic Art Professional Committee of the Medical Aesthetics and Art Branch of the Chinese Association of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, and a Member of the Oculoplastic and Orbital Diseases Branch of the Liaoning Life Sciences Society. She specializes in ocular tumor resection, eyelid reconstruction and repair, entropion and ectropion surgery, chalazion surgery, enucleation and orbital implant placement, conjunctival tumor surgery, ptosis correction, double eyelid blepharoplasty, medial and lateral canthoplasty, eyelid laxity correction, lower eyelid blepharoplasty, brow ptosis and deformity correction, botulinum toxin injection, hyaluronic acid filler, and the diagnosis and treatment of lacrimal apparatus diseases.
